3D Modeling

Course Description: This course will teach students to use 3D modeling programs in order to create 3 dimensional animations.  Students will use a program called MAYA to create 3 dimensional objects, characters and settings/worlds.  Once students understand the basics of modeling they will learn how to texture their models.  Students will also learn the art of storytelling.  Students will learn the purpose of storyboarding and how to successfully storyboard in order to create an animation.  Students will also use the knowledge they acquire to create a short animation.
