Physical Training (PT) will hone physical prowess in cadets in order to make sure they are proficient in physical activities. PT leaders are assigned a week in advanced and should be able to prove they can recall the commands for the warm-ups.

Physical Training: Cadets should be able to know what their current commands when executing them as they lead others in PT. Cadets are also expected to wear the proper attire as if it was uniform day for their period that JROTC is taking place. If not wearing proper attire, then grade points will be deducted from their current grade. Points will also be reduced if cadets do not participate in the event or doing something physical (excluding appropriate reasons to exempt them from such).
