Objective: Transporting a box from the conveyor belt to the pallet placed on the roller and counting the boxes transported.
This structure is composed by two rollers, inside which the pallets are located, and a roller conveyor, from which the robot picks the box up. There are three sensors: the first one on the belt conveyor that stops the box; the second one on the roller that stops the pallet and the third one at the end of the roller that detects and counts the boxes. Everything is ruled by the control panel; the display marks the passage of the boxes and it can be ziroed with the “reset” button; in addition, the” Stack Light” placed on the third sensor is useful to show the status of the process.
