This platform is a global payment service that enables parties outside of Malaysia to make payments to UniMAP via bank transfer, or using cards such as Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and others.

• Make the payment via the EDAS system. EDAS primarily accepts payment via credit cards.

• Upon acceptance of the paper, the conference organizer will provide a link in the acceptance notification email for authors to upload valid proof of IEEE membership or a student identification card to be eligible for the discounted registration rate. 

• The same link may also be used by non-student authors submitting TWO (2) papers who wish to apply for the discounted rate. 

• An official invoice will be issued based on the submitted documentation. 

• The link will also include the option to select your preferred mode of presentation. 

• Kindly note that to enjoy the early bird rate, payment must be received no later than 15 July 2025.

• Payment using Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO) is not accepted.
