CALL FOR PAPER
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All submissions to the 2026 IEEE International Conference on Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering (ICEECE 2026) must be prepared in English and follow the official IEEE Conference Manuscript Templates (IEEE - Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings). Papers that do not adhere to the required format will be rejected.
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the EDAS conference paper submission system.
Authors are required to submit original research that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere, including in publications in other languages.
Every submission to ICEECE 2026 will undergo plagiarism screening using the IEEE CrossCheck system. Papers with a similarity index exceeding 30% (including self-plagiarism) may be rejected without review. Furthermore, even after acceptance and registration payment, the program committee reserves the right to withdraw a paper from publication if plagiarism issues are identified. For more details, refer to the IEEE Plagiarism Information Center.
The Technical Program Committee holds full authority over the acceptance of submitted papers. Please note that brief papers and review-type manuscripts are not eligible for consideration.
To support the double-blind peer review process, authors must ensure that any identifying information is removed from the main text of the manuscript.
Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference, either by appearing physically or online, as determined by the organizer.
Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
All submission material for presentation at the ICEECE 2026 conference must be original and hence cannot be already published, nor can it be under review elsewhere. The authors take responsibility for the material that has been submitted.
We warmly invite experts to join our panel of reviewers. Contribute to the academic community and receive an official E-certificate of appreciation for your service.
