Flywire payment guideline

This platform is a global payment service that enables parties outside of Malaysia to make payments to UniMAP via bank transfer, or using cards such as Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and others.

Payment can be completed through EDAS. Participants who require an invoice are kindly requested to complete the Invoice Request Form.

PAYMENT NOTE

Upon acceptance of the paper, the conference organizer will provide a link in the acceptance notification email for authors to upload valid proof of IEEE membership or a student identification card to be eligible for the discounted registration rate.
The same link may also be used by non-student authors submitting TWO (2) papers who wish to apply for the discounted rate.
An official invoice will be issued based on the submitted documentation.
The link will also include the option to select your preferred mode of presentation.
Kindly note that to enjoy the early bird rate, payment must be received no later than 06 July 2026.
Payment using Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO) is not accepted.

All presented papers will be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed in Scopus.

IEEE NO-SHOW POLICY

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on no-show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors and their representatives MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference, either by appearing physically or online, as determined by the organizer.

Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason will not be submitted to IEEExplore. No refund of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.
