Registration Fees

ICE4CT 2026 offers both online and physical participation options for presenters, attendees, and listeners. Participants may select the registration category that best suits their preferred mode of participation.

The presenter registration fee includes conference participation, paper presentation, conference materials, and publication processing, subject to paper acceptance and fulfilment of publication requirements. 

Attendee/listener registration is intended for participants who wish to join the conference without presenting a paper.

After completing the payment, participants are required to submit the payment receipt or proof of payment during the registration process. 

Important Notes:

• All registration fees are non-refundable.

• Each accepted paper must be supported by at least one presenter registration.

• International participants may make payment in USD.

• All bank transaction charges must be borne by the participant.

• Proof of payment must be submitted during the registration process.
