Onboarding Team:
Set up your Dream Team

The first step in getting started is to set up the Onboarding Team.  This is the team that will drive the Onboarding Project.

Usually you assign 2-4 administrators who can set up the Kita and its groups in Unikum, and then add the Users. Next is to appoint 2-3 Super Users who are the contact points when users have questions, e.g. one Method Super User and one Tool Super User.

Prepare the Tool:
Let your Kitas and its groups move into Unikum 

The team needs to set up the different groups and add users to the Kita in Unikum. To add groups and users, you need to be assigned Admin role in the Kita.  

Prepare for your Methods:
Make your Kitas material available in the new tool

The Managers and Method Super User decide wich types of Theme Plans, Activity Plans etc that should be accessible in Unikum, and add templates for Parent Teacher Meetings.

for Staff and Parents 

Each customer at Unikum gets an Onboarding site, that can be customized with the specific dates, logos, info and contact details for your Kita and Träger.  

This Onboarding site is the hub for all information for  onboarding, for Staff, for Parents, and for Super Users.

You can try the different features of Unikum by logging in to the demo Kita Sonnenschein at https://demo.unikum.net

Try the Parent app:
Unikum Family for parents 

The Parent use the Unikum Family app.  This is where they can follow and interact with your Kita.

You can download the app at AppStore or Google Play. There is a Demo button in the upper right corner when you launch the app, so that you as Kita personell can try the Unikum Family app.
