From 2019, she is PhD student in Management of Innovation in the Agricultural and Food System of the Mediterranean Region, curricula in Process Innovation and Technology Transfer at University of Foggia. The doctoral research activity is aimed to the use and validation of the Computer Vision System, a non-destructive analysis methodology, for predicting the quality of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
In 2019, she won a scholarship at the Institute of Science of Food Production (ISPA-CNR). She matured experiences in postharvest practices (innovative pre-treatments, modified atmosphere packaging, storage conditions) to preserve the quality and to improve the shelf-life of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
From 2012 to 2014, she won a scholarship linked to the PON Ofr.Al.Ser at University of Foggia. During this experience, she worked on experimental tests about soil and soilless cultivation systems and pre-harvest practices to produce high quality horticultural products to use for postharvest handling.
In 2011, she obtained the Master Degree in Agricultural Science and Technology at the University of Foggia.
