We are currently looking for two collaborators to join the project MASE2 "Sampling and Whole-Genome Sequencing of Italian Terrestrial Vertebrates" for bioinformatics and population genomics analyses. The positions are expected to begin in September or October 2025. An initial contract of approximately 9 months will be offered, with the potential for extension through additional research contracts for up to two years. Prior experience with whole-genome analysis is required. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact Giorgio Bertorelle (ggb@unife.it), for further information or to arrange an online meeting. The project also involves collaboration with Andrea Benazzo, Silvia Fuselli, Roberto Biello, and Emiliano Trucchi.
If there are no open positions listed on this page but you are interested in joining our group, feel free to contact Giorgio Bertorelle (ggb@unife.it), Silvia Fuselli (fss@unife.it), or Andrea Benazzo (bnzndr@unife.it) to explore potential opportunities.
We are also happy to support applications to competitive fellowships such as the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (link) or EMBO Fellowships (link).
