Biologist from PUC Campinas (2019). Worked on several projects of Animal Nutrition and Plant Morphology at the Institute of Animal Science and Pastures (IZ) of Nova Odessa; in addition to experience in seed quality acquired in internship at the Central Laboratory of Seeds and Seedlings (LCSM) of CATI, an associate member of the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) and in the Seed Solutions laboratory at BASF, where she performed activities related to seed treatment and quality management (ISO 17025 and IN 42). Currently a master's student at the Unicamp's Laboratory of System Biology, where she is studying the flowering pathway in sugarcane, aiming the development of transformed cultivars, through Agrobacterium tumefaciens, with delayed flowering.

Master of Science (2014) by the Federal University of ABC and funded by CAPES, worked in protein-ligand molecular docking software development and experimentation. Was funded by SET-F/CNPq (2015) in a data analysis project for the oil industry and since then develops Machine Learning applications through a technical cooperation term with Petrobras. PhD student in Genetics and Molecular Biology, investigates supervised learning of gene transcription patterns.
Bachelor in Biological Sciences (2014) by Centro Universitário "Barão de Mauá" (Ribeirão Preto, SP) and Master of Science (2017) by FCAV - Unesp (Jaboticabal, SP), worked in several projects for sugarcane breeding at IAC's Sugarcane Center, using molecular markers for population genetics studies and germplasm bank management. In his PhD, worked with RNA-Seq data analysis and bioinformatic approaches for the study of photoperiodic flowering induction in sugarcane.
Dr. Bergamo has PhD and master degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology and bachelor´s degree in Biological Sciences. She studied insects´ populations of economic importance to investigate how the variability was distributed and infer the evolutionary process involved. In our lab she worked with sugarcane microbiota responses to stress conditions. Is interested in studying evolution, diversification, adaptation, population genetics and phylogeography. Besides research, she is also interested in education, teaching undergraduate and graduate classes, and student orientation.

His PhD thesis aimed an approach by using RNAseq of sugarcane’s genes from sugars metabolic pathways differentially expressed under circadian control in response to extended night.

Undergraduate in Biological Science at Mato Grosso do Sul State University (2005), master degree and PhD in Genetics at University of Sao Paulo State (2007-2013). Guilherme worked on organization and evolution of animal genomes using cytogenetics and bioinformatics approaches. His thesis focuses in use machine learning to predict protein-protein interaction networks to study vertebrates sex determination. Moreover, he has some expertise in molecular evolution and NGS analysis.
Bachelor in Biological Science by the Federal University of Lavras (2011), during the graduation was a colleger of PIBIC/CNPq for three years working on projects related to the analysis of gene expression data and mixed models. Natalia has Masters in Genetics and Molecular Biology in which she worked in the field of Systems Biology related to the inference of gene regulation networks using a Bayesian approach.
In his Masters developed a project that involved the construction of biological networks correlating ncRNAs and coding genes, also investigated the possible evolutionary relationships between these two different classes of genetic elements. The student has earned bachelor’s degree from UEL (Universidade Estadual de Londrina) and have previously developed projects at Biotechnology Lab/IAPAR (Instituto Agronomico do Paraná). Experienced with ocratoxigenic filamentous fungus manipulation, plant molecular biology, tissue culture and bioinformatics.
Graduated in Biological Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2006). Finished his masters dissertation focused on plant microRNAs and bioinformatics. Participates in large projects along side several brazillian universities, funded by FINEP, FAPESP and CNPq. In his PhD investigated the microRNA regulation, gene regulation networks, systems biology and synthetic biology. Besides bioinformatics and genetics, has experience in the fileds of ecosystems biology and morphology.
