MID-TERM AIIA Matera-2019 - Instructions for Authors & Abstract Submission

Full manuscripts, selected by peer-review process, will be published (one manuscript for one registered author) in the Book "Innovative biosystems engineering for sustainable agriculture, forestry and food production. International Mid-Term Conference 2019 AIIA" by Springer International Publishing AG

The full manuscript (minimum 4 to a maximum of 8 pages) of accepted abstract is due before 10/07/2019 (full manuscript submission deadline) in order to be properly submitted to the required peer-review process.

The full manuscript must comply with a template (Word or Latex).

Moreover, the corresponding author must complete the "consent to publish" document available here.

The corresponding author must complete the "consent to publish" Word file, carefully filling three fields (the Word file is locked and only the greyed fields are writable):

The title of the conference paper
Authors full names
Corresponding author's name, address, affiliation and e-mail (paying attention to the e-mail address)

Subsequently, the corresponding author must print and sign the "consent to publish" (the doc file is here) by a written signature (an example on how to fill in the fields is here) or a digital signature (the preferable way).

The generated PDF (by a document scanner in the written signature case or a viewable PDF file digitally signed in the digital signature case) must be sent together with the "full manuscript" DOCX file.

Therefore, the "full manuscript" and the "consent to publish" are both required when submitting the full paper.

Abstract format

1 page A4 (2000 characters approx.)
All margins equal to 2.5 cm
Character Times Roman 12 pt
Title 14 pt Bold
The reference topic and AIIA section, must be specified before the Title, 12 pt Italic
The proposal for Oral presentation or Poster must be specified
Authors and affiliation in Italic
Use of figures and tables should be avoided
Complete address, fax no. and E-mail address of the presenting Author should be indicated
Accepted file format is Plain Text, Word and Adobe PDF

Submission of abstract should be made exclusively via E-mail, before the abstract submission deadline (31/03/2019), at:

mid.term.aiia.matera.2019@gmail.com

The sender will receive an E-mail confirming the correct receipt of the submission.

The confirmation of acceptance of the abstract will be sent before 30/04/2019.
