What are soybean byproducts used for?
Byproducts are secondary products created through a manufacturing process. What are soybean byproducts used for?
One of the coolest things about soybeans is that their oil can be used to create something called renewable biodiesel. This means that soybeans, with a lot science, can be used to make gasoline to fuel our vehicles.
There are other household items that can be made from soybean byproducts, too.
Soy byproducts can be used to create a crazy amount of products like crayons, hand sanitizer, pet food, cleaning products, and more!
Soy face cleansers and soy-based makeup products are gentle, making them great for people with sensitive skin.
Soy candles burn longer than paraffin, or "regular" candles, and they smell just as great!
Soybeans are a renewable resource, which means products created from them are better for you and the planet.
