DR. Todd Nicolet

Dr. Todd Nicolet is the Vice Provost for Digital and Lifelong Learning at the UNC-Chapel Hill. In this role, Dr. Nicolet provides leadership and direction for all of the University’s digital, flexible, and lifelong learning programming. Prior to this role, he has held administrative leadership positions at the UNC Gillings School of Public Health and the UNC School of Government. He led strategic initiatives that advanced each unit’s mission, including the. development of MPH@UNC, a joint MPH with UNC Asheville and MAHEC, and MPA@UNC. Dr. Nicolet also had direct oversight over several functional units within each school, such as Finance, IT, Human Resources, NC Institute for Public Health, Library, Publications, Events Management, and Strategic Analysis and Business Intelligence. He holds a doctorate in higher education administration from UNC-Greensboro, a Master of Arts in English from UNC-Chapel Hill, and an undergraduate degree in literature from Eckerd College.
