  • SWEAT was originally co-comissioned by the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and D.C.'s Arena stage in 2015.

  • The production moved off-broadway to the Public Theater's, Martinson Theater in 2016.

  • Due to the production's huge off-broadway success it was transferred to broadway's Studio 54 in 2017.
