LiNC is a student-led leadership conference focused on the intersections of leadership, identity, inclusion, and diversity. The purpose of this conference is to challenge student leaders to explore these intersections in their own lives and on their campuses. Ultimately, the conference is meant to inform and inspire students to act as change agents, working toward social change and inclusive leadership in their campus community and beyond.

The theme for LiNC 2022 is "Re-imaging Purpose." At LiNC 2022, we will center on the importance of making the change you want to see in our ever-changing world and re-imagine what it means to be a change maker who takes action for the common good.
