Registration Policies

Tickets are $25 each and benefit the Cato School of Education and 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte. Ticket sales, minus processing fees and sales tax, will be donated directly to these organizations.

Tickets must be purchased online using a credit or debit card. Purchase orders are not accepted. Event sponsor, Zaner-Bloser, reserves the right to limit ticket sales to educators and other qualified attendees. Registrations may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of event staff.

Full refunds will be issued for COVID-related cancellations only prior to March 30, 2022. NO REFUNDS will be issued after March 30.

By registering, you agree to adhere to all local and university protocols in place at the time of the event. Hand sanitizer stations and complimentary masks will be available.

Photo and Video Release

By registering for the symposium, you hereby consent to being photographed, videotaped, or audio-taped by UNC Charlotte and Zaner-Bloser in connection with the above- named event or activity; provided, however, that UNC Charlotte and Zaner-Bloser have authority to use or reproduce such photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings for UNC Charlotte and Zaner-Bloser educational or promotional purposes only. You understand that UNC Charlotte and Zaner-Bloser will not distribute such photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings to any third party, or use such photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings for any other purpose without your further written consent and agreement. Any unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or use of video, photography, and/or audio associated with this event is strictly prohibited and will result in charges in accordance with North Carolina General Statute Chapter 14, Article 58, 14-433 through 14-440 .
