Our Nurse Excellence program practices using the liberal education model. With this model of learning, we focus on integrating nursing knowledge with ethics, humanities, policy, social behavior, and natural sciences. Having an education blended with such aspects allows a student to graduate with a unique understanding of one's self-value which promotes an ethical response and meaningful connections with patients. The liberal education model sets students up for a successful career post-graduation.
