The UNC Sports Palace became a hub of learning and engagement as NSTP students took part in the Globe Thumbprint Project, an initiative focused on promoting digital citizenship. Through discussions and interactive activities, students explored the importance of responsible online behavior and the lasting impact of their digital footprints. The event served as an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of safe and ethical internet use, fostering a more mindful and responsible digital community.
The UNC Sports Palace was filled with energy as NSTP students participated in a revitalizing Sheng Zhen session led by Teacher Jing. Through each graceful movement, they practiced mindfulness, relaxation, and unity.
On February 15, 2025, at 8:00 AM, UNC teaching and non-teaching staff gathered at the UNC Social Hall for a Sheng Zhen session led by Teacher Li Jing from China. With University President Madam Fay in attendance, participants experienced a moment of relaxation and mindfulness through the practice of Sheng Zhen. The session provided an opportunity for staff to unwind, reconnect, and cultivate a sense of balance and well-being.
