B.1. A functional and well planned syllabus is provided for each subject/course, which specifies the target competencies, research outputs, class activities and performance evaluation scheme, required for successful course completion. 

B.2. There are pieces of evidence to prove that the syllabi: 

B.3. Students are required to use extensively print and non-print reference materials, as part of the submitted course requirements. 

B.4. Relevant laboratory facilities are available for subjects with laboratory components. 

B.5. The teaching methods include demonstration of research techniques, aimed at developing in the students research competencies, self-directed inquiry and responsible reporting of results. 

B.6. Varied methods and innovative approaches are used, such as problem-based discussion, case presentation and analysis, field observation, etc. 

B.7. Definite rules and policies on classroom management are enforced. 

B.8. Each professional subject is designed to contribute to the thesis proposal expected for presentation and critiquing in the thesis seminar/colloquium subject/course. 

A.9. Faculty members participate in the evaluation and revision of the curriculum.
