C. 1 There is an existing policy governing the distribution and assignment of faculty load. 

C.2. The percentage of faculty members employed full-time exceeds the CHED requirements. 

C.3. Faculty member's teaching/administrative and other assignments (both full-time and part-time) allow sufficient time for preparation of classes and adequate evaluation of student achivement. 

C. 4. Results of performance evaluation are considered in assigning faculty load.
