B.1. Implement the learning outcomes of the program, as reflected in his practices. 

B.2. Are guided by the syllabi and enrich them through additional readings 

B.5. Judiciously use all types and formats of library resources and other instructional materials.

B.6. Are engaged in professional growth through graduate studies, continuing education, research and publications, and active membership in professional and research networks and linkages. 

B.7. Demonstrate the capacity to work cooperatively and harmoniously with other members of the school community. 

B. 8. Are available and open for student's consultation, by appointment outside the classroom. 

B.9. Actively participate in faculty meetings, seminars and workshop sponsored by the college/ institution. 

B.10. Have adequate/satisfactory teaching and at least three years of work experience.
