This is a tentative outline of how PALs will support FSE RSD (discussion groups) in Spring 2025. Details may evolve as the semester progresses. Each instructor is also welcome to make section-specific requests of your PALs.

• Week One: PALs will introduce themselves, provide a quick introduction to the PAL Program, demonstrate using Connect and remind students to schedule a PAL Meeting

• Week Two: PALs will lead the Goals Setting & SWOT Analysis lesson, building on the Roo Perspective video and providing examples from their own SWOT, promoting opportunities at UMKC, etc.

• Week Three: PALs will actively engage in Engagement Experience lesson. PALs are prepared to demonstrate RooGroups if asked by Instructor, share examples of personal ways you've gotten involved on campus, used resources, etc. and why it's beneficial.
