REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Before you begin, have ready:

1. Your acceptance email from the Secretariat.

2. Your Paper ID, stated in that eail

3. Your registration category and rate, from Fee Page 

4. IEEE membership card and student card, if you are claiming either rate.

The cancellation, no-show and liability terms are set out in Section E to G. Please read them before making payment.

• Pre-registration records your intention to attend and allows the Secretariat to plan the technical program.

• Confirm your registration category and rate on the Fee page, then complete the pre-registration form: https://forms.gle/ZovyGWQKsnNfVBUJ8 

• No payment is required at this step.

• Pay through the channel that matches your registration category. 

• C1. International Affiliates - USD, through EDAS

1. Pay by credit or debit card: edas.info/registerPerson.php?c=34899

2. Fees are charged in United States Dollars at the international rate.

3. EDAS issues a payment confirmation on a successful transaction. Save it; you will upload it in Step 3.

• C2. Local Affiliates (Malaysia Affiliation) - MYR, by bank transfer 

1. Pay by telegraphic transfer (TT) or direct bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit at the local rate.

2. Enter your Paper ID as the payment reference.

3. Save the payment slip; you will upload it in Step 3.

4. Fees are exclusive of bank charges. All bank charges are borne by the registrant.

• Upload the following:

1. Acceptance email

2. Proof of payment — the EDAS confirmation or the bank payment slip

3. IEEE membership card, if you are claiming the member rate

4. Student card, if you are claiming the student rate

• Your registration is confirmed after this form is submitted. 

• Cancellations must be notified by email to iicaiet2026@gmail.com.

• Cancellation on or before 31 August 2026: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.

• Cancellation, or failure to attend, after 31 August 2026: no refund.

• Bank charges arising from a refund are borne by the registrant.

IEEE applies a strict no-show policy. One author, or an authorised representative, must present the paper at the conference. A paper whose presenter does not attend, without valid prior notification to the Secretariat, will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore, and no refund of the fee paid may be claimed.

• The Conference Organiser is not responsible for a participant's failure to attend, whether directly or indirectly caused by visa refusal, civil disturbance, disease, or any other condition beyond the Organiser's control. The registration fee is not refundable on these grounds.

• Official receipts are issued within 15 days after the conference.
