IICAIET 2026 Presentation Guide
This page provides the official presentation template, virtual background, and guidelines for authors presenting their papers virtually.
All presenters are kindly requested to review the guideliness below and prepare their presentation materials before the conference.
All presenters are encouraged to use the official IICAIET 2026 Presentation Template for their presentation.
A typical presentation may include:
Title / Paper Information
Introduction
Problem Statement
Research Objectives
Methodology / Framework
Results and Discussion
Conclusion / Future Work
Acknowledgement / References (if applicable)
Please ensure that the presentation clearly communicates the main contribution of the paper.
All presenters are encouraged to use the official IICAIET 2026 virtual background during the online session.
Please check the Program Tentative the day before the conference.
If you cannot attend the session, please inform the Secretariat as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your presentation.
Please note that the accepted and registered papers that are not presented at the conference will not be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore as per the conference policy.
On the day of the presentation, please arrive early before the start of the session. Please identify yourself to the Session Chair.
Each presentation is given 15 minutes: 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q & A.
(Optional) You may use the template given above or your own.
We encourage you to stay until the end of the session for a group photo.
A certificate will be given to you at the end of the presentation/session.

Please avoid a noisy environment when joining the virtual session. Use earbuds or headphones where possible to reduce echo and audio feedback.
Online Presentation Ettiquette:
Keep the microphone mute unless speaking.
Keep the camera on during the presentation, where possible.
Share only the required presentation window or screen.
Please strictly observe the allocated presentation time.
Remain available after the presentation to respond to questions from the audience.
Presenters are expected to maintain a professional appearance and presentation environment.
