2) Payment by Local Cheques / Bank Draft

• Please bank in the cheque/bank draft to the organiser’s account and refer above for bank details.

• Cheques / Bank Draft Payable to “UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA SABAH”

• Please notify us via email (icobs2019@gmail.com) with a scanned copy of your transaction slip once the payment has been done.


3) LOCAL PURCHASE ORDER (LPO)

• LPO is applicable to local goverment / public institution only.

• Kindly email (icobs2019@gmail.com) a copy of the approved LPO to the organisers.

• Compulsory: The original copy of the LPO has to be presented at the Registration Desk. Otherwise, the organisers have the right to refuse admission.


Notes:

*Paper presenters are only required to register and pay once the acceptance letter is issued. Payment instruction will be given in the acceptance letter.

*Each registered participant is allowed to submit a maximum of 3 papers/presentation. An extra charge will be imposed for the second and third paper submitted.

Conference Certificate is only free for presenter. If you require a certificate in the name of a co-author who has not attended the conference, please provide us the full name. Each additional certificate costs RM 15.00. If required, it is advisable to pre-order additional certificate for co-authors, and pay upon collection during the conference. Participants who wish to present more than one research / paper, may do so by paying the fees stated below (on top of the standard registration fee) for each additional paper submission

- RM150 (for local participant) and RM100 (for students)

- USD50 (international participant) for each

* Students must produce valid student pass during registration in order to qualify for the special “student rate”.

* We accept papers in both English and Bahasa Malaysia languages


Cancellation & Refund Policies

All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ICoBS 2019 Secretariat via e-mail at icobs2019@gmail.com.

Full refund is only allowed for cancellations received on or before 31 May 2019 after deducting other related fees and charges incurred in connection with such refunds, including costs of foreign exchange conversion .
