M. A. H. Rasid received his Ph.D. degree in mechatronics from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France in 2016 and an IEEE Senior member since 2021. He is currently a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronics Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. He is a researcher belonging to the Mechatronics Systems and Design Research Group. His research focuses on electromechanical systems with multiphysics approach, focusing on thermal and vibroacoustic behavior. His teaching areas include electrical engineering, electrical machines and drives, mechatronics and controls.</span>
