Welcome to the research group at UMI led by Ali BERRAAOUAN Ph.D. Our team brings together researchers who focus on the understanding of the cariovascular mechanisms underpinning the protective effect of nutraceutics against cardiovacular disease. Our work particularly explores cardiovascular biology using using experimental models, including rats, flies, and mice, to understand nutraceutics role in cardivascular health.
