Tour of UMN's Conservatory and Botanical Collection

The College of Biological Sciences Conservatory & Botanical Collection maintains a diverse collection of living plants from around the world. They care for more than 2,000 specimens spanning more than 1,500 unique taxa. They grow everything from rare and endangered plants, to invasive species, to plants with developing economic potential, and leverage this rich collection to serve university courses, researchers, and the surrounding community.
Join us for what's sure to be a fascinating look at the plant world's diversity. We will meet inside the entrance to the Plant Growth Facilities West building. You can find directions and parking info here. Please sign up here to attend; we are limited to 20 participants max.
