Sign up to attend the University of Minnesota New Employee Welcome. During the half day session you will learn about the history, culture and goals of the University. After the welcome presentation you can learn about resources offered at the University at the Welcome Fair! 

Check with your supervisor to decide the best date/time for you to attend.

Training is a key component to ensuring the University standards are met across all areas. We define training as the skills, knowledge, and abilities you need to become competent in your job.

Work with your supervisor to determine what local and University training you need to complete. Register on the University of Minnesota Training Hub for many of the required modules.
