Media Relations

The focus of the media relations assignment is to practice writing news releases and pitching journalists about company news. I chose a company and product launch and wrote a press release. I was then tasked with finding an applicable journalist for this company and pitching the product launch and news release to them. This displays my skills in writing news releases and AP style, as well as using Muckrack to source journalists for a topic.
