The Operational Leadership Team (OLT) is the lead governance body for this effort. This group consists of staff that are direct assistants to or report directly to Dean's Group members. For prioritization:
a meeting was held after each member had a chance to develop and review a full list of processes to be considered (totaling ~75 processes).
Each member identified their top three processes for possible improvement from that large list.
Each member received three votes and voted on the approximately 30 processes brought forward.
The goal was to limit the first round to 7 processes, but allowances were made because some processes were already being considered for improvement.
