Communications of this ongoing initiative will happen in the following ways

• Messaging from college leadership - as needed, approximately once per year

• Operational Leadership Team agendas (which includes Administrator's Forum representation)

-monthly, or even weekly, depending on the current state of the process work

• Operational Leadership Team member updates to their staff - as needed

• CLA NOW updates - appropriate timeline not yet defined

• Presentations to Administrator's Forum - as needed or requested
