Makes 6 servings
1 - 15 oz. can 100% pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
Pumpkin pie spice
1 - 12 oz. can evaporated skim milk or milk (skim or 1% low-fat)
1 - 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix box
Optional:
Whipped topping
Graham crackers
1 large bowl
1 whisk or large spoon
Spatula
Empty pudding mix into bowl.
Add milk. Stir for 1 minute.
Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice.
Stir until thick.
Cool in refrigerator.
Serve alone or add whipping cream and graham crackers.
