Ingredients
1 banana (rinsed)
2 teaspoons chocolate chips
Equipment
Table knife
Aluminum foil
Oven
Slice the banana peel and banana from the top to the bottom.
Spread the banana open and sprinkle in chocolate chips.
Wrap the banana in aluminum foil.
Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Take banana out of aluminum foil.
Let cool for a few minutes and eat.
Show your child a chocolate chip and how it holds its shape. After the chocolate chip has been in the hot oven, show your child how the chocolate chip has melted and isn’t the same shape anymore.

Make your own chocolate milk by adding chocolate powder to white milk. Add just enough to add flavor without all the added sugar.
