The PoP Toolkit is intended to assist farmers markets and/or partnering organizations in starting the Power of Produce Program at their site. There isn't one "right way" to host a PoP Program. Get Creative! The toolkit is meant to be used as a guide rather than a "one size fits all" model, so you are able to do as much or as little as you like.
