The PoP Club Guidebook will walk you through the entire process of setting up a PoP Club program at your local farmers market, from the initial steps of planning and promoting your program, to implementing it and managing the day-to-day activities, and then to evaluating your program to determine impact and to secure financial support for subsequent years. The toolkit is broken into three phases: Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. Throughout each section, we offer guidance, real life examples from Minnesota farmers markets, and sample activities to allow this process to run as seamless as possible.
