Karrie Molitor is the MnDRIVE Program Manager for the Discovery and Treatments for Brain Conditions. She manages the program's administrative operations and coordinates neuromodulation events, outreach activities, and fellowship opportunities. She is also the Administrative Manager for the Medical Discovery Team on Addiction and the Program Manager for the Minnesota Neuroimaging Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. She started working for the University of Minnesota Medical School's Department of Neuroscience in 2018. Before she came to UMN, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Minot State University in North Dakota. She has experience as a pharmaceutical auditing specialist, a family advocacy program assistant for the United States Air Force, and a psychiatric residential treatment advisor for children and teenagers with chronic psychiatric and behavioral health issues.

Elica (Eli) Gardner is the Program Project Specialist in the Institute for Engineering in Medicine and Program Coordinator for the National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center for Advanced Technologies for the Preservation of Biological Systems (ATP-Bio) at the University of Minnesota. Eli joined the Univeristy of Minnesota in 2019. Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Psychology and Sociology Majors) from Deakin University in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. She moved to the USA in 1999. Before joining the University of Minnesota, Eli held various positions in the capacity of Senior Project Manger and Implementation Leads (Questar Assessment, Questar Data Inc., Personnel Decisions International (now Korn Ferry). Prior to leaving Australia in 1999, Eli was the Electronic and Desktop Publishing Manager at Deakin University’s Publishing Division for 15 years.
