Poster Session

POSTER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

The poster sessions will be held after the oral sessions on Monday 7/8 and Tuesday 7/9. Poster contributors must send an abstract via email to the Poster Co-Chairs Stephanie Hernandez (stephanie.hernandez@seagate.com) and Daniel Lottis (daniel.lottis@ieee.org ) by June 7, 2019. The abstract of the poster should be 1-2 pages long and follow the format provided on the TMRC 2019 website. Accepted poster abstracts will be included in the TMRC Digest Book, and poster contributors are encouraged to submit a manuscript for publication in IEEE Transactions on Magnetics following peer review.

The size of each poster is limited to 45 inches by 45 inches. The title, authors, and their affiliations should be prominently displayed on the poster. The poster authors should prepare a sign-up sheet for reprint requests. The authors are expected to be available at their posters at predefined time periods that will be staggered to allow discussions with other authors. The detailed poster schedule will be sent to all authors before the conference. The authors of the best invited and contributed posters will be recognized by the Poster Co-Chairs with certificates after the last oral session on Wednesday 7/10.

Poster boards provided for poster sessions have tack board surfaces. Thumbtacks will be provided. Materials must be removed from the poster board at the end of each poster session.
