Attendees should please park in Science Lot #1 near the New Science Center. Staff will be available to help direct you to parking and to our meeting locations.
Room blocks are not available for this event. If you are staying overnight, please make sure to book your own lodging. Hotels are available nearby in St. Cloud.
Meals will be provided during this event. A buffet-style banquet dinner will be served on the evening of Friday, March 13. Free lunch will be offered at the self-serve cafeteria at Saint John's University. Refreshments will be provided during breaks.
Field tours on Friday will take place on uncovered wagons or buses. We will be getting on and off the wagons and buses at several stops. Field tours will include walking on forest roads and in wooded conditions. Please watch the weather and dress accordingly.
Sessions on Saturday will take place indoors, but we will be walking outdoors to the cafeteria for lunch.
