Start your weekend with a guided field tour highlighting real-world forest management in action. Tours require pre-registration and space is limited, so sign up early. In the evening, reconnect over dinner at our Friday night banquet, featuring keynote speaker Ethan Tapper.

Saturday, March 14  |  Conference sessions and exhibits

Saturday brings a full day of learning, networking, and resource sharing. Expert panels and concurrent sessions will cover many woodland management topics, and exhibitors representing various resource providers will be on hand to meet with you and answer questions. 

• Early bird rate: $20 through January 15, 2026

• Standard rate: $30 after January 15, 2026

• Includes: Sessions, lunch and refreshments

Registration fee waiver for Tribal members

University of Minnesota Extension acknowledges we have an obligation to Tribal nations and their citizens to reduce barriers to participation in our programs and access our services. We are committed to strengthening our relationships with Tribal nations and their citizens and continue to take meaningful actions toward meeting our responsibility. Therefore, we are waiving the fees associated with the Minnesota Family Woodlands Conference program for Tribal members.

• Tribal members can use the code TREE26 during registration to receive the discounted rate.

Continuing education credits

Continuing education credits will be available for plan writers (rating TBA). Please stay tuned for more information about SAF CFEs for certified foresters.

Refund policy

Cancellations prior to March 1, 2026 will be fully refunded. A full refund minus a $15 administration fee will be given for cancellations after March 1, 2026.
