We are excited to honor our Meeker County 4-H youth for all of their accomplishments throughout the year during our fall Awards Celebration!
Here you will find all the applications for awards that are available for Meeker County 4-H members.
All awards applications are fillable PDF documents. Please submit typed applications, not handwritten.

Applications are due to the Extension office by Monday, September 23, 2024!
Exceptions are club treasurer and secretary books which will be due with club charters by October 31.

4-H members can apply for awards such as outstanding awards, scholarships, and complete project records.
4-H clubs can apply for an outstanding club award in addition to submitting club officer books for judging.
Nominate a 4-H member as a young achiever or acknowledge a deserving volunteer, alumni, or 4-H supporter.
