Takaaki Samura, M.D., Ph.D., is a postdoctoral researcher in Hiro Nakauchi's lab at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He is a cardiovascular surgeon with expertise in developmental biology and stem cell biology, particularly in the cardiovascular field. As a Leducq Fellow, his primary focus is on defining strategies to generate a heart in mice using blastocyst complementation technology.
