We worked with our external evaluator to articulate our values--the things that we stand for as a team. In doing so, we realized that the project and its structures and resources act as a set of guide rails for our work, allowing us to steer by way of the values we hold.

Purpose: determines the agendas (topics & activities) for core team + PLN meetings.

Purpose: reviews research activities, timeline, and data and determines how best to engage larger district teams in research findings.
