Did you know there is a national professional organization specifically for staff in Graduate and Professional Education? It's called NAGAP! Every year, U of M staff attend NAGAP's professional development opportunities - most notably the annual conference each spring. NAGAP also offers a salary survey report and an online tool where you can research more about salary and compensation in the field of Graduate Education/Graduate Enrollment Management.
