Sophie is a second year PhD student studying mathematical biology. Outside of math, she loves to take ballet classes, sing in choir, and hang out with her neighbor's dog. She is on a mission to find the best gluten-free meal in the twin cities!

Melissa is a 3d year student interested in algebraic topology and homotopy theory, and her advisors are Maru Sarazola and Mike Hill. Apart from math she loves cats and hopes to bring her three cats to Minnesota some day; she also enjoys wandering aimlessly, collecting and eating candy, and daydreaming. 

Isidora is a 3rd year student interested in commutative algebra. When not doing math she enjoys playing Blokus and Bananagrams, riding her bike around the twin cities, and eating desserts. Isidora is the proud owner of three casserole dishes and a pie plate.
