My name is Isidora (she/her/hers) and I am a PhD student at the University of Minnesota (2024- Present) advised by Christine Berkesch. My research interests are in commutative algebra, especially in the multigraded setting with applications to toric geometry. Prior to UMN I graduated with a degree in mathematics from Grinnell College.

I am a member of the organizing team for the Mathematics Project at Minnesota (MPM). MPM is an annual four day workshop which aims to increase the participation and success of underrepresented groups in mathematics. All undergraduates who support these goals are welcome to participate. During the workshop there are opportunities for community building, professional development, and math workshops with faculty. If you are an undergraduate at UMN who is interested in participating (being a math major is NOT a prerequisite), please reach out.
