The Copiers utilize a print management system called Papercut. To release jobs you will need to log in at the copier you would like to print at after sending a job to the print queue.
Ensure you are connected to eduroam on campus, or the VPN if offsite
Press Windows Key + R to bring up the run menu
Enter the following address: \\ECE-TOSHIBA.ad.umn.edu\ECE-Printing
When prompted, enter your x500 and password, with your x500 prefixed with "ad\" (e.g. ad\user1234)
This should automatically install the printer and allow you to print to the copier

2. Click The Apple logo in the top left corner and select "System Preferences", Then click "Printers and Scanners"

3. Click the "+" Icon in the bottom left to add a printer

4. In the "Add Printer" menu, Control Click the toolbar at the top of the window, just below the "Add Printer" title at the top.
5. Click "Customize Toolbar" and add the "Advanced" option.

6. Go to the Advanced tab and enter the following details:
Type: Windows printer via spoolss
Device: Another Device
URL: smb://ECE-Toshiba.ad.umn.edu/ECE-Printing
Name: Leave as-is
Location: Leave as-is
Use: Generic PostScript Printer

7. When printing, the printer will prompt "Enter your name and password for the printer". If given an option, choose "Connect As: Registered User" and enter your x500(no prefix or suffix) and password. The print job should then be sent to the papercut queue.
