Status Reports

EAM Status Report Process:

  • Workstreams BA will complete status report every 2 weeks (Reminders are on calendar for Wednesday's (non-payroll week) and they are due that Friday)
  • The BA and the workstream lead should work together to draft the status report.
  • Workstream lead should review it before submitting
  • The Status Reports should be kept in the following folder (if you want a copy in your project folder, please make a copy and place in your project folder).
  • Status Reports are submit to Kris Adelmann, EAM Project Manager (c.c. workstream leads, track leads, your core team, Tammy Nelson and Business Unit Lead)
    • Change Readiness Track Lead - Sunny Blake
    • Reporting and Data Track Lead - Brian Hill and copy Vel A.
    • Technology Track Lead - Gabe Garlets and copy Vel A.
    • Business Track Lead - Lee Mikkelson
  • Track leads are able to update status reports / colors
      • If changes are made, it must review with workstream leads within 2 days of receiving the status report
      • Any changes are sent to Kris Adelmann for final submission
  • The information is consolidated into executive format - currently on a monthly basis.
  • The EAM PM will post the status reports to Google Site (both workstreams status reports and executive format are posted)
