This checklist is for students in the incoming medical school class beginning their studies at the Duluth Campus in Fall 2026.
Please complete the tasks/forms by the dates provided. All tasks are required unless noted otherwise.

Complete the background check within two weeks of receiving the request. This allows for ample processing time.
